So we finally reached the end of the semester. Hooray and stuff! This self-assessment is to show and tell how much I learned and developed as a writer and thinker this semester.

Before I went into Writing for Engineering, my FIQWS Professor recommended me to take Writing for Engineering for the Spring Term since I was a Computer Engineering major. At first, I thought to myself “Writing? And Engineering?”. I was really curious to find out what it was and what I’m going to be doing in the course. Writing for Engineering is to hone the critical reading and thinking, research, and writing skills. Looking back, I can see how the course improved my writing skills. Even the class projects helped me learn a thing and two.
