My name is Ethan Huang. I am a freshman in City College of New York (CCNY). I’m currently majored in Computer Engineering. I like getting involved with related activities like assembling custom rigs to soft modding classic consoles. When I was young, I wanted to be a cartoonist because I loved drawing comics and making up my own stories. But now, I decided to move past that and did research on gaming computers and computers’ parts.

I always had visions on starting a company named “Hwang Inc.”. “Why Hwang? Isn’t your last name HUANG?”. Yes but so many people have mispronounced Huang (H-wong) and say it like Hwang. Some of my friends took Hwang to a farther level and say Hwang-a-lang-a-dang (like who comes up with that???). But I’ve gotten so used to people saying Huang incorrectly and having friends just call me Hwang that Huang just sounds weird (Honestly if we first meet and you say Huang correctly, I might be genuinely surprised.). “Ok but like what’s this gotta do with you wanting to start a company?”. I’m getting to that part. It used to be a joke I make to my friends like “Hwang Inc. got you covered” or “Hwang Inc. will sponsor” or even “Hwang’s Cinematic Universe (HCU) but now the more I thought about it, Hwang Inc. sounds like a dream goal.
